We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring they arrive safely.

United Kingdom

  • All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

  • Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of purchase.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

European Union (EU)

Due to recent increases in international shipping costs, shipping prices for higher-value items have increased.

  • Shipping for T-shirts and Sweaters remains significantly lower than for higher-value items.

  • Shipping for Kinis is higher due to their value; however, we have capped the maximum shipping charge at £26.50.

  • All EU shipping charges include:

    • Fully tracked delivery.

    • All applicable customs fees and import charges are covered in the shipping cost, meaning there should be no additional customs costs upon delivery.

United States (USA)

The same shipping policy applies to all orders shipped to the United States.

  • Shipping for T-shirts and Sweaters is significantly lower than for higher-value items.

  • Shipping for Kinis has been capped at a maximum of £30.

  • All USA shipping charges include:

    • Fully tracked delivery.

    • All applicable customs fees and import charges are covered in the shipping cost.

Rest of the World

  • We offer worldwide shipping.

  • Shipping rates vary depending on your destination and the items ordered.

  • All international orders are sent using a tracked shipping service.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please read the following policy carefully.

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return your item.

  • Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when returning your item, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • Undamaged

    • Returned in their original condition, with any original packaging and tags where applicable.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, misuse, or alteration.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will cover the cost of the item(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
